Meet the drummer
​I have more experience than you can shake a drumstick at! ​

I studied drums and music at The BRIT School of Performing Arts (yes - with Adele, no - she doesn't answer my calls), and Drumtech.
Since then, I have toured with multiple successful bands and played at prestigious venues such as The Roundhouse (London), Koko (London), Wilderness Festival, Blue Dot Festival, Secret Garden Party Festival, Razzmatazz (Spain), ​Austin City Limits Festival (Texas USA), Bonnaroo Festival (Tennessee, USA), Soho House NYC.
It has been my privilege to teach over 50 students, privately and within schools. When sitting exams, all of my students have achieved at least a Pass with Merit.

I teach drummers of all ages and abilities, and specialise in inspiring and encouraging beginner drummers.
I have a relaxed and friendly approach to teaching, I find that if the student's enjoyment of the instrument is the focus, the goals that we set together will be achieved.

Rhythmic & Personal Growth
Being a good drummer isn't just about being able to play solid grooves and chops, it's also about being dedicated, being passionate and being reliable.
I take a holistic view of drum teaching, I can teach you how to read music (I teach the Rock School syllabus), how to play by ear and how to play in groups - whether that's in an orchestra, in a drumming ensemble or in a band.
